The Pumpkin Patch

In order to make it feel like we live in New England, we have to get out in the country sometimes and do fall-ish activities. So we took the kids to our farm for their fall festival. The only problem was that it was 85 degrees outside. Not exactly hot-cider-sipping weather. But we made the most of it anyway.

On our way to the pumpkin patch (here's a belly shot- though not at the best angle. Sorry!)

Evie found one that she liked...

and she is claiming it!

The sibs

You can tell from our attire that we were hot! And there was no shade in sight!

No, it wasn't quite New England, but we find our ways. Maybe next time it'll be in the 50's, and we'll all have to wear sweaters. Now that would be perfect!
